Welcome to the neo69 Help Center. Find comprehensive answers to all your questions about registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting, bonuses, and account security. Our FAQ is designed to help Indonesian players get the most out of their neo69 experience.
Creating a neo69 account is simple and takes less than 5 minutes. Visit our homepage, click the registration button, and provide your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and residential address. You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Indonesia. After completing the form, verify your email address through the confirmation link we send, and your account will be ready to use.
For Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, neo69 requires a valid Indonesian national ID card (KTP), proof of address dated within the last 3 months such as a utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie photo holding your ID card. Upload clear, legible images through your account settings. Verification typically completes within 1-24 hours. KYC is mandatory before making your first withdrawal to comply with regulatory requirements and protect your account.
If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and neo69 will send you a secure password reset link. Click the link in the email, create a new strong password, and confirm it. For security reasons, reset links expire after 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team via live chat for immediate assistance.
No, neo69 strictly prohibits multiple accounts. Each person, household, and IP address is allowed only one account. Creating duplicate accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and is often used to abuse bonuses or evade restrictions. If we detect multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and winnings confiscated. If you accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately to resolve the issue before depositing funds.
To close your account, log in and navigate to Account Settings, then select Account Closure. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing. If you're closing due to responsible gaming concerns, consider using our self-exclusion feature instead, which allows you to set a specific exclusion period. For permanent closure, contact our support team who will verify your identity and process the request. Closed accounts cannot be reopened for security reasons, so ensure this is your final decision.
Account locks typically occur due to failed KYC verification, multiple failed login attempts triggering security protocols, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms and Conditions. If your account is locked, check your email for notifications from neo69 explaining the reason. Contact our 24/7 support team with your account details, and they'll guide you through the unlock process, which may require additional verification documents depending on the lock reason.

During peak banking hours or weekends, processing may take up to 15 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount from neo69 to a Mandiri bank account is Rp 100,000. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before requesting withdrawals. Withdrawals to Mandiri typically process within 1-5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Outside banking hours, withdrawals are queued and processed when banks reopen. neo69 does not charge withdrawal fees, and you can only withdraw to a Mandiri account registered in your own name matching your neo69 account.
Yes, neo69 accepts deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja e-wallets. E-wallet deposits are instant, typically credited within seconds. The minimum e-wallet deposit is Rp 50,000. To deposit, select your preferred e-wallet in the cashier section, enter the amount, and you'll be redirected to complete the payment in your e-wallet app. E-wallet accounts must be registered in your own name. neo69 processes e-wallet withdrawals instantly 24/7, making them the fastest payment method available.
Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include incomplete KYC verification, withdrawing to a bank account not in your name, failing to meet bonus wagering requirements before attempting withdrawal, or requesting withdrawal to a payment method different from your deposit method. neo69 may also reject withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected. Check your email for the specific rejection reason. Complete any outstanding verification, meet wagering requirements, and resubmit your withdrawal request. Contact support if you need clarification.
neo69 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals to Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) or e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees based on your account type and payment method. For example, BCA may charge interbank transfer fees if you're sending from a different bank. Check with your financial institution for their specific fee structure.
BRI bank transfers to neo69 are processed instantly in most cases, with funds appearing in your account within 1-5 minutes. During high-traffic periods or weekends, processing may extend to 15-30 minutes. For BRI Liga 1 football betting on neo69, all bets are settled based on the official result after 90 minutes plus injury time, excluding extra time and penalties unless specified otherwise. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are void and stakes returned unless at least 80% of the match was completed. Live betting odds update in real-time during matches. Popular markets include 1X2 (match result), Asian handicap, over/under goals, both teams to score, and correct score for Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United fixtures.
Yes, neo69's mobile platform fully supports togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) gameplay on smartphones and tablets. Access neo69 through any mobile browser — no app download required. The mobile interface is optimized for Indonesian players with quick bet placement, live draw results, and instant payout notifications. Togel draws include 4D, 3D, and 2D variants with daily draws. Minimum bet is Rp 1,000 per line. Mobile gameplay works on Android and iOS devices with stable internet connection, perfect for playing on the go.
RTP stands for Return to Player, the theoretical percentage of wagered money a slot machine returns to players over millions of spins. For example, a 96% RTP slot returns Rp 96,000 for every Rp 100,000 wagered long-term. On neo69, find each slot's RTP by clicking the info button within the game. Popular slot gacor (high-payout slots) on our platform include Gates of Olympus (96.5%), Sweet Bonanza (96.48%), and Starlight Princess (96.5%). Remember, RTP is calculated over millions of spins; individual sessions vary significantly.
neo69 live casino streams real dealers in HD from professional studios, letting you play baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and sabung ayam (cockfighting) in real-time. Games operate 24/7 with Indonesian and English-speaking dealers. Minimum bets start at Rp 10,000, perfect for casual players. Live games use certified Random Number Generators and are audited for fairness. Interact with dealers via chat, view game history, and enjoy multiple camera angles. Live casino requires stable internet connection; mobile data 4G or home WiFi recommended for smooth streaming without interruptions.
A mix parlay (also called accumulator or combo bet) combines multiple selections into one bet where all must win for payout. On neo69, create mix parlays with 3-15 selections from different football matches. For example, combine Persija Jakarta to win, EPL over 2.5 goals, and La Liga 1X2 result. Odds multiply for potentially massive returns — a Rp 100,000 bet on 5 selections at average 2.0 odds returns Rp 3,200,000 if all win. One wrong selection loses the entire bet, making mix parlays high-risk, high-reward.
All games on neo69 are provably fair and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Game providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Microgaming are internationally licensed and regularly audited. neo69 cannot influence game outcomes — results are determined by RNG algorithms that cannot be manipulated. Our platform is licensed and regulated, requiring strict fairness standards. You can verify game fairness through in-game information panels showing RTP percentages and certification details. Responsible gaming tools help you play safely within your limits.
New neo69 players receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit, typically a 100% match up to Rp 1,000,000. Deposit Rp 500,000, receive Rp 500,000 bonus for Rp 1,000,000 total playing balance. The bonus has a 25x wagering requirement, meaning you must wager the bonus amount 25 times before withdrawal. For a Rp 500,000 bonus, wager Rp 12,500,000 total across eligible games. Slots contribute 100% to wagering; table games contribute 10-20%. Complete wagering within 30 days or bonus and winnings are forfeited.
Wagering requirements determine how many times you must bet bonus funds before withdrawing winnings. If neo69 gives you a Rp 200,000 bonus with 30x wagering, you must place Rp 6,000,000 in bets before withdrawal. Different games contribute different percentages: slots 100%, live casino 20%, table games 10%, sports betting varies by odds. Bets placed with bonus funds count toward requirements. Check your account dashboard to track wagering progress. Attempting to withdraw before completing requirements forfeits the bonus and any associated winnings.
No, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn immediately on neo69. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed first. Only the winnings generated from bonus play can be withdrawn after meeting requirements, not the bonus amount itself. For example, if you receive a Rp 300,000 bonus, complete 25x wagering, and your balance is Rp 800,000, you can withdraw the Rp 500,000 profit minus the original bonus. Attempting early withdrawal typically forfeits the entire bonus and any related winnings.
Yes, neo69 offers weekly cashback on net losses, typically 5-10% depending on your VIP tier. If you lose Rp 1,000,000 in a week, receive up to Rp 100,000 cashback credited on Monday. Cashback usually has low 1x wagering requirements. Reload bonuses are available for subsequent deposits after the welcome bonus, often 50% match up to Rp 500,000 on selected days. Check the Promotions page for current offers. VIP members receive exclusive reload bonuses, higher cashback rates, and birthday bonuses with better terms.
The neo69 VIP program rewards loyal players with exclusive benefits across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Join automatically when you register; advance tiers by accumulating points through real-money gameplay. Higher tiers unlock faster withdrawals, dedicated account managers, higher deposit limits, exclusive bonuses, birthday gifts, and invitations to special events. Diamond VIP members enjoy instant withdrawals, personalized bonuses, and premium customer support. Check your VIP progress in account settings and see points required for next tier advancement.
Bonuses are forfeited if wagering requirements aren't completed within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days), if you attempt withdrawal before meeting requirements, if you breach maximum bet limits while using bonus funds (usually Rp 50,000 per bet), or if neo69 detects bonus abuse such as low-risk betting strategies or creating multiple accounts. Always read specific bonus terms before accepting. If you believe your bonus was cancelled in error, contact support immediately with your account details and bonus information for review.
